Hoje foi publicada a Instrução Normativa RFB nº 1.704/2017 que dispõe sobre a reabertura do prazo de adesão ao Regime Especial de Regularização Cambial e Tributária – RERCT, de que trata a Lei nº 13.428/2017, publicada na última sexta-feira.
Conforme previsto na referida IN, a data limite para adesão ao RERCT é 31.07.2017.
